I've Got The Web Host Blues

I am so sick of good-for-nothing web hosts. They've had persistant problems with keeping my website up for the past month, and now today my email will no longer forward to my gmail address. Meaning, I'm certain my web host got blacklisted with gmail and there is nothing I can do about it except move web hosts again.
I wanted to wait until I actually had the time to migrate my websites, but now I'm being forced into this ridiculous situation once again. I suppose you get what you pay for, so this next round I'm going to pay a little extra for some web hosting from a company that has a little more credibility and currently satisfied customers.
